This diet is low in carbohydrates and lasts for exactly 4 weeks. During this period, if you strictly follow all the Maggi rules, a person can lose 5-10 kg in 30 days (we are talking about weight loss at home, without any physical exertion). And this is not the limit at all! As practice shows, this indicator can reach twenty-five kilograms. Sounds incredible, but this method of losing weight allows you to lose weight without much effort.

Perhaps the main feature of the Maggi egg diet is the strict adherence to all conditions. If any other diet can go through changes that will not be critical to it and in no way affect the end result, it is categorically undesirable to remove any ingredient from the diet (and even replace it with something else). . . . As a result, the result may deteriorate significantly or disappear completely.

If you suddenly break free and eat something that the egg diet forbids, you can’t continue. We have to start over.

These strict rules are dictated by the exact calculations on which the diet is based. The fact is that nutritionists have based their diets not on the number of calories in a given product, but on the chemical reactions in our body. After all, we all know that food is assimilated in different ways and "easily" by our body, at first glance a fruit can pose more dangers than cooked chicken breast. That’s why it’s very important to follow all the instructions as closely as possible to finally achieve the desired effect.

Now I want to talk about the pros and cons that you will face when choosing an egg diet for weight loss. The benefits of Maggi, of course, include lasting results. All the weight you lose will not return to you after you switch to a different diet. In addition, this type of diet is quite "democratic. "If you compare it with your peers, you will see that there are very few restrictions on the product range. However, this condition has two "medal sides. " Although the menu is varied, you won’t be able to improvise, sinceMaggi’s egg diet requires strict adherence to all established requirements.By the way, a detailed diet is another controversial point. On the one hand, you will always know what, how much and when to eat, so you will not be able to consume extra calories. On the other hand, you won’t be able to deviate from the rules either, otherwise all your work could fall into the tube.

Now I want to go straight to the diet itself and tell you what and how much to eat to lose weight fast. However, before we move on, I have some clarifications:

  • it is strictly forbidden to eat lamb;
  • the meat used in cooking must be free of fat inclusions;
  • in the absence of clarification, the selection and quantity of the product authorized for consumption is at your sole discretion;
  • ways of cooking meat: frying / cooking

  • chicken meat is always (! ) eaten without skin;

Maggi egg diet: Week 1

Appendix: breakfasts for the first and second weeks should include one or two boiled eggs and one fruit (grapefruit / orange). Week 1 should be whole; in week 2 - only half should be eaten.

Also, for your convenience, lunch and dinner are included in the II. and III. called a meal.

Monday

  • III: small quantities of meat.

Sunday

  • II: chicken with vegetables garnish + mixture of fresh vegetables and citrus fruits (1 piece)
  • III: cooked vegetables.

Thursday

  • II: boiled vegetables + cheese + a couple of eggs.

Friday

  • II: fish (cooked or fried).
  • III: a couple of eggs.

Saturday

  • II: tomatoes, citrus fruits and a little meat.
  • III: mixture of fresh fruit (can be replaced by a salad made from them).

Sunday

  • II: a little chicken, fresh tomatoes, cooked vegetables and citrus fruits.
  • III: a little chicken, fresh tomatoes, cooked vegetables and citrus fruits.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 3

Monday

Today, all the fruit is at your disposal. You determine the number and quantity of meals. There are only two standard restrictions: do not eat or use what is forbidden after 6 p. m.

Tuesday

Vegetables cooked on this day and salads made from them are at your disposal (without topping, of course).

Wednesday

Our Wednesday fruit and vegetable: salad mixes, cooked foods or fresh - you decide, you decide, just avoid dressing and banned products.

Thursday

Like the best traditions of childhood, Thursday is Fish Day. We eat fish, vegetable garnishes, lettuce and fresh cabbage accordingly.

Friday

You can relax a bit on this day. You have the right to afford a few slices of meat with vegetables (or their side dishes).

Saturday and Sunday

At the end of the week, relieve the body a little. On weekends, only one type of fruit is allowed, which can be eaten "from the stomach" and at any time.

Maggi Egg diet: Week 4

Important: The products listed below can be consumed at any time without restriction, however, changing the menu (removing or replacing ingredients) is strictly prohibited!

Monday

Monday is a difficult day. You are at home, so treat yourself to a little meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits and toast.

Tuesday

Today, just like the day before, we’re a little "spoiled" by our body. In general, the diet stays the same this day, with one exception: you can make your dessert more varied by replacing your usual citrus with a slice of melon, apple, or pear.

Wednesday

Today we get a little rich in calcium, and 1 tbsp for the usual cooked and fresh (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes) vegetables. l. cheese or cottage cheese, as well as toast, and of course my favorite citrus fruits.

Thursday

Although Thursday is "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 piece), cucumber (1 piece), tomatoes (3 pieces) and orange / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

Today’s diet will be simple: salad leaves, a couple of boiled eggs, regular citrus fruits (as you like) and a couple of fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

Last day before. We are slowly starting to prepare the body to complete its diet. Today you can afford a little cooked chicken breast, 125 gr. cottage cheese or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a couple of fresh cucumbers and a tomato.

Sunday

Well, the last day has come! Those who, with their own willpower and extra pounds, were able to "resist" this unequal struggle can observe the dramatic changes that have taken place in the figure. But don't relax too much! Try to control what and how much you eat in the future, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tbsp. l. with cottage cheese toast, a little cooked vegetables, citrus fruits, and a couple of cucumbers and a tomato.
